Energy Marshall

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control energisation and de-energisation activities in accordance with approved procedures.
• Ensure all electrical works are carried out safely and in compliance with PTW, LOTO, RAMS, and project safety requirements.
• Coordinate with electrical, testing & commissioning, QA/QC, construction, and safety teams.
• Maintain and verify energisation records, switching schedules, permits, and isolation documentation.
• Ensure proper identification and control of live electrical systems and electrical hazards.
• Participate in electrical inspections, walkdowns, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor compliance with approved Electrical Safety Rules and Safe Systems of Work.
• Support incident prevention and immediately report unsafe conditions or electrical hazards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure proper implementation of electrical safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical construction, commissioning, or electrical safety.
• Experience in data centre, industrial, commercial, or large-scale MEP projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of LV/MV electrical systems, energisation procedures, LOTO, PTW, and electrical safety.
• Experience in testing & commissioning will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, switching procedures, and isolation requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Relevant electrical competency/safety certification will be an advantage.

Working Hour

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5pm

Saturday 8.00am to 12noon (Alternate)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
