We are a boutique fund management group with operations in Australia and a growing presence in Asia. Our Kuala Lumpur office supports the group's marketing and operations.

General Description:

Run the group’s marketing and month-end reporting, and be the first point of contact for client and investor enquiries. A hands-on role working directly with management across Malaysia and Australia.

Scope and Responsibilities:

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns, and report on results.

· Create, manage and schedule social media content across the company’s platforms and brands, including copywriting and basic design assets.

· Prepare and schedule email campaigns and newsletters for review.

· Update and publish website content on WordPress.

· Monitor website and social media analytics and SEO, and report on performance.

· Coordinate conferences and webinars.

· Own the month-end reporting cycle, preparing performance reports, factsheets and presentations from approved NAV data.

· Post monthly performance and AUM figures to industry databases and platforms.

· Publish approved materials to the investor data room.

· Act as the first point of contact for client and investor enquiries.

· Support client onboarding and KYC/AML documentation.

· Coordinate subscriptions and redemptions with the fund administrator.

· Maintain the CRM and contact database.

· Ensure client-facing material is approved before release.

· Liaise with internal teams to deliver services accurately and on time.

· Identify and resolve client issues promptly.

· Analyse client feedback and implement improvements.

· Carry out other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Essential:

· Possess a degree or higher.

· Minimum 3 years in marketing, client services or investor relations.

· Excellent command of written and spoken English.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/email marketing tools.

· Strong numerical accuracy.

· Reliable under fixed monthly deadlines.

· Discreet, comfortable handling confidential investor, client and company information, and able to work independently.

· Comfortable working across Malaysian and Australian business hours.

Desirable:

· Experience in financial services.

· Understanding of funds or financial markets.

· Exposure to KYC/AML onboarding.

· Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin language skills.

· Familiarity with WordPress.
