IT / System Support – Job Scope

• Manage and conduct stock take / stock counting and ensure inventory records are accurate.
• Maintain and update system pricing, product costs, and selling prices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system-related issues, particularly POS and inventory systems.
• Perform data checking and system updates to ensure information is accurate.
• Assist outlets with system and IT-related support when required.
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding pricing, stock, cost, and system issues.
• Conduct system checking and maintenance at company outlets.
• Willing to travel outstation to support branches and carry out assigned IT/system tasks.
• Perform any other IT and system-related duties assigned by management
• Must be willing to travel outstation.
• Willingness to travel to outstation branches when required.
• Able and willing to travel outstation for work assignments.

Pay: RM1,556.56 - RM2,000.00 per month
