Are you an experienced architect with strong project leadership and design coordination skills?

Our client is looking for a Project Architect Lead (Mandarin Speaking) to lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion. This role requires strong design expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: RM6,000 – RM8,000 per month

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in architecture or interior design.
• Experience in a project lead or senior architect role is preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• English proficiency is an added advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction standards.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Design Management

• Lead architectural and interior design projects from initial concept through to final completion.
• Review and approve design drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Ensure all designs meet quality, regulatory, and client requirements.
• Provide design direction and ensure consistency throughout project development.

Project Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Resolve project coordination issues and support smooth project execution.

Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers.
• Provide direction and support to ensure team performance and professional development.
• Promote effective collaboration within the design team.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Address project requirements and coordinate feedback throughout the design and execution process.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design innovations.
• Propose creative and practical design solutions.
• Contribute ideas to improve design quality and project delivery.
