Project Location: Gedung Raja Abdullah, Klang, Selangor
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Hiring Status: URGENT HIRING – Candidate who can start ASAP is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

• To involve in tendering process from preparation until submission and interview, including quotation enquiry.
• To project and prepare cost estimates for various materials required for the project.
• To assist in preparing interim progress claims to clients and payment certificates to sub-contractors for the project.
• To perform site valuations, measurements and inspections.
• To call, obtain and compile quotations from sub-contractors for the purpose of contract documentation.
• To attend site progress meetings.
• To liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors in relation to the project.
• To assist in preparing any required reports and documents as requested by Management.
• To carry out instructions and assignments given by the superior.
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
• To portray and maintain a good company reputation and professional image.
• To comply with and adhere to Company policies, procedures and regulations, and to safeguard the Company's interests and property.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Required skills: Tendering, Price Negotiation, Communication and MS Project.
• At least 2-7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidates with experience in construction projects, tendering, valuation, progress claims and subcontractor management will be highly preferred.
• Must be willing to be based at Gedung Raja Abdullah, Klang, Selangor.
• Available to start immediately / ASAP is highly preferred.
• Must be able to commit to the 6-month project duration.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
