Responsibilities

• To support Data Center business.
• Responsible to RFP and RFQ responses: Customer drawing layout study, site survey, design (with R&D support), BOQ dimensioning, datasheets, certifications preparation & proposal presentation.
• Attend to sales inquiries, and educate customer on company's product.

Job Scope

• Client Consultation: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, requirements, and pain points. Participate in client meetings and presentations to gather information about their existing infrastructure and challenges.
• ⁠Solution Design: Design data center solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives. Create technical proposals and documentation detailing the proposed solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on data center products,
• Solution Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the features and benefits of proposed solutions to clients. Address technical questions and concerns from clients during presentations.
• ⁠RFP and RFQ Responses: Assist in crafting responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs) with accurate and comprehensive technical information. Ensure that all technical aspects of the proposals are well-defined and meet client requirements.

Requirement

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (good to have).
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Basic understanding on Data Center components including Hot/Cold Aisle Containment, IT Rack, Rack PDU, Electrical Busduct, Caging, Fiber Runner, Wire Mesh, Structural Ceiling and/or Raised Floor system.
• ⁠Responsible to RFP and RFQ responses: Customer drawing layout study, site survey, design (with R&D support), BOQ dimensioning, datasheets, certifications preparation & proposal presentation.
• Self-driven, result oriented, aggressive and highly disciplined.
