任职资格

 

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or a related field.
  • Experience in industrial machinery, automation, machine servicing or equipment maintenance will be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems.
  • Able to read and understand electrical/pneumatic drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of PLC, sensors, motors, valves and industrial control systems is an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently to customer sites.
  • Able to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess a valid driving licence.

岗位职责

 

  • Perform in-house inspection, maintenance, repair and servicing of gluing equipment and machines.
  • Perform on-site machine servicing, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance at customer locations.
  • Install, commission and set up new gluing systems and equipment at customer sites.
  • Conduct online and offline diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control-related problems.
  • Troubleshoot adhesive application issues and identify the root cause of machine or process problems.
  • Conduct machine trials and adhesive application trials to support customers in achieving the required production results.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on machine operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Perform machine calibration, parameter setting and system optimization where required.
  • Provide technical training and demonstrations to customers and machine operators.
  • Prepare service reports, installation reports and other relevant technical documentation.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Application teams to support customer projects and new machine installations.
  • Assist in machine modification, improvement and customization according to customer requirements.
  • Provide technical support remotely through phone, email or online communication when required.
  • Travel to customer sites within Malaysia and occasionally overseas when required.
  • Ensure all service and installation work is carried out safely and according to company procedures.
