Overall Job Function:
Execute daily site and project duties to support the smooth delivery of interior fit-out, renovation, and design-and-build projects. Monitor site progress, provide accurate updates based on client requirements, maintain site cleanliness and organization, follow up on assigned actions, and keep project records updated for the superior.

This role is essential to:

• Track daily site progress against the approved work schedule, drawings and client requirements and report delays, incomplete works or site constraints promptly.
• Update site progress using verified work status, progress photos, manpower records, outstanding items and client-required reporting formats.
• Ensure site cleanliness and good housekeeping by arranging debris removal, organizing materials and keeping work areas, access routes and common areas clear.
• Check ongoing and completed works against approved drawings, specifications and site instructions and report visible workmanship, dimensional or site issues promptly.
• Respond to client enquiries on site activities and progress using accurate information confirmed with the superior.
• Attend client, consultant, subcontractor and site meetings with the project team and record instructions, decisions, action owners and completion dates.
• Follow up subcontractors, workers and relevant parties on assigned actions, rectification works, site readiness, inspections and scheduled activities.
• Arrange site inspections, access requirements, delivery timing, work areas, basic permits and project documents needed for daily site execution.
• Record material deliveries, site usage, shortages, damaged items and resource needs and submit accurate information for procurement action.
• Prepare daily and weekly site records covering progress updates, photos, issues, action status, inspection records and other project information required by the project team.
• Perform any expressed or implied duties and responsibilities required by the company or superior.

Requirements

1. Possess at least SPM or a Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building, Interior Design or a related field.

2. Demonstrate basic understanding of interior fit-out, renovation, construction site activities and work sequencing.

3. Read basic project drawings, site instructions and work schedules with reasonable accuracy.

4. Possess basic computer literacy and the ability to use common office and project-related software.

5. Communicate professionally with project teams, clients, subcontractors, workers and suppliers and work at project sites with discipline, initiative and accountability.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
