• Install, configure and maintain operating systems such as Windows and Windows Server
• Set up, troubleshoot and repair desktop PCs, laptop, printers and other peripherals
• Provide support for Active Directory
• Monitor and maintain network, fortinet firewall and security systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Document IT issues and resolutions, maintain inventory of IT equipment and update support logs
• Knowledgeable about cybersecurity

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Eager to learn, adapt to new technologies, and continuously develop technical skills.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
