WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

JOB PRINCIPLE

Responsible for the warehouse and logistics management to ensure on time delivery to customer and day-to-day activity of running the inventory, warehouse & logistics operations ensuring that the inventory system is fully operational.

JOB PURPOSE

• Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and maintain good customer service.
• Schedule & track inbound & outgoing shipments to ensure goods are delivered to customers' sites in a timely manner and as per customer requirements.
• Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system to ensure zero FG inventory variance.
• Maintains physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing effective layouts with up to data labelling.
• Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / International Business / Supply Chain Management / Logistics or any related field.
• 0 - 2 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and functions.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management software.
• Proactive (integral characteristics for customer service)
• Integrity and confidentiality
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
