Job Description

• Live Host TikTok / social media live sessions in an energetic and engaging way.
• Introduce and explain products clearly to viewers.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, promotions and current offers.
• Interact with viewers, answer questions and encourage comments.
• Create urgency and encourage viewers to make purchases during live sessions.
• Understand product details, pricing, promotions and brand USP before going live.
• Maintain a positive, friendly and professional brand image.
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve live performance and sales.
• Review live performance such as viewers, engagement, clicks and sales.
• Participate in live campaign planning, product launches and special promotions.

Requirements

• Confident and comfortable on camera.
• Good communication skills.
• Energetic, friendly, and sales-driven.
• Basic TikTok/Shopee Live knowledge is a plus.
• No experience required for interns; training provided.
• Interest in fashion, jewelry, beauty or lifestyle products is an advantage.
