Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts and legal documents
• Track contract status and ensure timely updates and renewals
• Maintain and organize company records and legal documentation filing systems
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations, and prepare summaries and reports on findings
• Provide administrative support to the Legal department
• Assist with day-to-day departmental matters as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or a related law degree
• Able to commit to a minimum of three (3) months for the internship period
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Interest in Legal Technology
• Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong written and verbal communication skills
