We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Supervisor to support the Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should be confident in leading a team, maintaining service standards, and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations

- Lead, motivate and monitor the service team

- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain company service standards

- Brief staff before each shift and communicate daily operational priorities

- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality and performance

- Allocate staff duties and manage floor operations during service

- Ensure food and beverage orders are served accurately and efficiently

- Coordinate closely with the kitchen to maintain smooth service flow

- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally

- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and overall restaurant presentation

- Assist with stock control and minimize wastage

- Ensure company SOPs, safety and hygiene procedures are followed

- Assist with opening and closing procedures

- Monitor daily sales, voids, discounts and other operational matters

- Support the Manager in achieving sales and operational targets

- Train and coach new and existing team members

- Take charge of the restaurant in the Manager's absence

- Prepare basic operational reports when required

- Perform other duties assigned by the Manager

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B, preferably in a supervisory role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good leadership and team management abilities

- Able to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong customer service mindset

- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Good understanding of restaurant operations

- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

- Good command of English

- Well-groomed, responsible and professional
