Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, Selangor
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries related to warehouse, delivery, order status and inventory.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor customer orders and provide timely updates on delivery and shipment status.
• Prepare and maintain delivery orders, invoices, shipment documents and other related records.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the relevant departments for resolution.
• Update customer information, orders and shipment details in the system.
• Follow up on pending, delayed, damaged or short-delivered shipments.
• Assist with daily warehouse administrative and customer service activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and proper filing of warehouse records.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in warehouse customer service, logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with WMS, SAP or other warehouse systems is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, organised and able to handle customer enquiries professionally.

Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, Selangor

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
