全职 Production Supervisor 工作, 薪水 up to MYR 3,500, MGB SANY (M) IBS SDN BHD Negeri Sembilan 公司招聘中 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

1. To make sure production lines is in well manage.

2. To ensure daily output is achieve to the target.

3. To make sure all panels are in good condition before lifting/ hoisting to lorry and transfer to yard.

4. To report all line activities to Production Manager / Assistant Production Manager.

5. To identify the process improvement or conduct Kaizen activity for enhancement.

6. To manage proper production planning, proper manpower planning and proper training to workers in order to ensure products produced are according to customer specification.

7. To supervise and ensure the concreting process run smoothly.

8. To ensure the volume of concrete requested by each line is same as requested.

9. To submit daily report for the concrete usage.

10. To record daily usage of concrete produce as per requested quantity by each line and ensure the concrete produce in good quality.

11. To ensure batching plant machinery manage in good condition.

12. To ensure concrete cost is control within the budget.

13. Any others task that assign by Senior Production Supervisor / Production Manager

Requirements:

Ø Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma / Degree / Post Graduate / Professional Certificate in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent

Ø Required languages: English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin

Ø At least 2 years of relevant working experience in related field
