IT Delivery Lead - Finance & Risk | Selangor | Permanent

The Role

• Breaking down epics and features into clearly defined, actionable user stories
• Facilitating agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Identifying and resolving delivery blockers, risks, and cross-team dependencies
• Coordinating delivery across legacy finance systems and newly migrated platforms
• Ensuring adherence to audit, compliance, and internal control requirements
• Tracking delivery metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and burn-down to guide planning

What We're Looking For

A delivery-focused professional who understands finance systems and agile delivery in equal measure:

• 5-10 years in delivery management, agile practices, or enterprise system implementation
• Strong understanding of finance systems, ERP workflows, or compliance-related processes
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, enterprise environments
• Comfortable managing delivery across both legacy and cloud-based finance platforms
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach to governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
