• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).   
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with React.js.   
• Technical Skills:  
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and TypeScript.   
• Strong knowledge of state management libraries like Redux, MobX, Context API or Zustand.   
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Styled Components).   
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.   
• Familiarity with modern build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.   
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.   
• Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.   
• Soft Skills:   
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.   
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.   
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.   
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.   

Nice-to-have 

• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and frameworks like Next.js.   
• Knowledge of backend technologies (Nest.js, Node.js, Express, etc.).   
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.   
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js.   
• Architect and implement reusable and modular components to ensure code efficiency and maintainability.   
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.   
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.   
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and code reviews.   
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development and the React ecosystem.   
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical challenges.   
• Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.   
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and make strategic decisions on technology adoption.
