任职资格

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in motorcycle, automotive, retail, or direct sales is preferred.

岗位职责

  • Promote and sell motorcycles, accessories, and related products to customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by Management.
  • Identify and approach potential customers through walk-ins, referrals, social media, roadshows, and other sales activities.
  • Follow up with sales inquiries and leads promptly. 
  • Build and maintain a strong customer database. 
  • Conduct demonstrations and explain features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
  • Stay updated on current motorcycle models, promotions, financing options, and industry trends.
  • Provide professional consultation to customers regarding suitable motorcycle models based on their needs and budget.
  • Ensure customers receive accurate information regarding pricing, financing, insurance, and registration processes.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships before, during, and after the sales process.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with hire purchase loan applications and financing documentation.
  • Coordinate with banks, finance companies, and insurance providers where required.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Monitor loan approval status and update customers accordingly.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events organized by the Company.
  • Utilize social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp to generate sales leads.
  • Create and maintain online listings and sales advertisements when required.
  • Support marketing activities to increase brand awareness and sales opportunities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Ensure proper handling and upkeep of showroom motorcycles and display units.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and sales processes.
