The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the company's recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), payroll outsourcing, and workforce management services. The role works closely with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and support the company's business growth.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), payroll outsourcing, and workforce management services.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

3. Promote the company's recruitment and HR solutions, including permanent recruitment, executive search, and EOR services.

4. Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.

5. Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

6. Maintain and manage client accounts, responding to enquiries and identifying opportunities.

7. Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.

8. Stay informed of market trends, industry developments, and client needs.

Technical Skills and Competencies

1. Business development and sales techniques / Client relationship and account management / Negotiation and presentation skills 2. Proposal and quotation preparation / Knowledge of recruitment / HR outsourcing, and Employer of Record (EOR) services 3. This position is open for mid career individuals (Mature, 40 years and above).
