Support daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment tracking, and customer inquiry management.

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across social media, e-commerce platforms, and other online channels.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
• Support the design and production of marketing materials, videos, and creative content using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, sales trends, and customer engagement metrics.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing live streaming sessions on TikTok Live, Shopee Live, and other live commerce platforms.
• Prepare live stream materials, product information, promotional offers, and scripts to ensure smooth live sessions.
• Coordinate with hosts, influencers, and KOLs to support live commerce activities.
• Monitor audience engagement, manage live interactions, moderate comments, and provide operational support during live sessions.
• Track post-live performance, including viewership, engagement, and sales conversion, and prepare performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve live stream effectiveness, customer engagement, and sales performance.
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
