Job Summary:

The Production Engineer/Junior Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily pulpboard production operations, ensuring production efficiency, product quality, safety, and smooth plant operations. The role will lead production teams, troubleshoot operational issues, coordinate with other departments, and ensure compliance with company, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Manufacturing/engineering experience preferred.
• Paper mill experience in Stock Preparation & Paper Machine is an advantage.
• Candidates from chemical, oil & gas, packaging, milling, or other process manufacturing industries are welcome.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
