Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack AI Solution Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions across Lenovo's business applications landscape. This role combines solution engineering, full stack development, AI implementation, and stakeholder engagement to drive business outcomes through Microsoft AI technologies.

You will work directly with business teams, product managers, architects, and developers to deliver AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, automation solutions, and Copilot experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered business solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365.
• Develop and maintain scalable frontend and backend application components.
• Design system integrations between AI solutions and enterprise platforms using APIs, connectors, and integration services.
• Build intelligent agents, workflow automation, and knowledge-grounded AI solutions using RAG and prompt engineering techniques.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions, solution reviews, and implementation planning.
• Support deployment, monitoring, optimization, and operational readiness of AI solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards and reusable solution frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to increase productivity and business value through AI.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, or enterprise application development.
• Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or related languages.
• Experience building enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience implementing Generative AI, AI Agents, Copilot solutions, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AI orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, application security, and cloud architecture.
• Experience leading project workstreams or mentoring junior engineers.
• Consulting, solution architect, or customer-facing delivery experience is a plus.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus.
