We are seeking a passionate, elite-level Pilates Coach to lead our group Reformer/Mat classes (including our Engage, Tone, and Reset programming) and deliver exceptional 1-on-1 private training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Class Delivery: Lead high-energy, technically sound group Reformer and Mat Pilates classes (Engage, Tone, Reset) tailored to diverse member skill levels.
• Personal Training (1-on-1): Conduct private client assessments and deliver tailored 1-on-1 Reformer/Mat Pilates programs for movement restoration, strength, and postural alignment.
• Member Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with members to drive class retention, private package renewals, and personal training uptake.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Babel’s physiotherapy, recovery, and wellness teams to support members undergoing movement rehabilitation or pre/post-natal care.
• Studio Maintenance: Ensure all Pilates equipment (Reformers, springs, straps, props) is maintained to luxury club standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification: Comprehensive Pilates Certification (500+ hours covering Mat & Reformer; Cadillac/Chair is a plus) from an accredited body (STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, PMA, or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience instructing group Reformer classes and 1-on-1 private sessions in a premium studio or club environment.
• Personality & Vibe: Warm, articulate, dynamic, and hospitality-minded—able to match Babel’s premium experience and engage members effortless.
• Anatomy Expertise: Strong understanding of biomechanics, cueing, regression/progression options, and safe post-rehab modifications.
• Availability: Flexible to work peak club hours (early mornings, evenings, and weekend rotations).
