Job Descriptions;

• Assist the Project Architect in managing architectural drawing and submissions.
• Prepare and update architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections and details.
• Prepare building and mall fit-out submission drawings.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with consultants and other relevant parties.
• Liaise with authorities, mall management, consultants and contractors.
• Review and revise drawings according to project and submission requirements.
• Assist the Project Architect with project documentation and submission follow-up.
• Ensure drawings and documents are properly maintained and updated.

Qualities and Skills:

• Part I Architectural qualification (Degree in Architecture) or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural submissions and building/mix development projects.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
