• Plan and execute monthly & annual digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram & TikTok platforms.
• Create daily content including photos, videos, Reels/TikTok, posters and promotional materials.
• Handle photography, videography, photo & video editing and graphic design.
• Develop creative content based on current trends to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage social media comments, messages, feedback and online community engagement.
• Plan and coordinate online & offline promotional activities, events and collaborations.
• Work with influencers, agencies and external parties for marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimise Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, traffic and marketing KPIs, and prepare reports.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Visit other clinics/businesses when required to gather content, photos and videos.
• Support other marketing tasks and activities as assigned by management.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
