Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically sound Sales Engineer to join our team at our Kulai Headquarters. In this role, you will be the critical bridge between our advanced engineering solutions (such as Fusion Bonded Epoxy, Novolastic, and Polyurethane coatings) and our clients' operational needs. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts within the energy sector, and delivering technical proposals that align with our core values of 100% Compliance and Cost Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Marine, Subsea, Renewable Energy, and Chemical/Industrial sectors.
• Strategic Planning: Derive and execute effective sales and bidding strategies to successfully win projects, position the company competitively, and secure high-value contracts.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors, and fabricators.
• Technical Consultation: Understand complex client specifications and recommend the appropriate LFM Energy coating and thermal insulation solutions to meet their project requirements.
• Proposal & Bidding: Prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals, cost estimations, and tender documents in close collaboration with the engineering and operations teams.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming regional projects to strategically position LFM Energy’s services.
• Site Visits & Presentations: Conduct engaging technical presentations for clients and travel occasionally to client offices, fabrication yards, or project sites to assess project scopes.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kulai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Technical sales: 2 years (Preferred)
