Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify learning, capability and talent needs aligned with business priorities.
• Plan and execute end-to-end Learning & Development initiatives, including training needs analysis, learning programmes, vendor management and programme evaluation.
• Drive talent development initiatives, including talent reviews, high-potential programmes, career development and leadership development.
• Support succession planning and development planning to strengthen the organisation’s internal talent pipeline.
• Coordinate the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration and development discussions.
• Provide HRBP support to assigned business functions, working with managers on people, performance, development and organisational matters.
• Analyse learning, talent and performance data to identify trends, capability gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Support broader employee engagement, organisational development and change initiatives, while progressively taking on wider HR partnering responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Performance Management or Organisational Development; exposure to HRBP/generalist responsibilities would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of training needs analysis, talent reviews, succession planning and performance management processes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work closely with managers and business leaders.
