全职 C-S Site Supervisor (Sg Petani based) Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,500 in Sotiras Design & Construction Sdn Bhd Sungai Petani - Ricebowl

Job Responsibility

• Supervise construction works and projects at site including supervising general workers and monitor subcontractors to meet proposed schedule.
• Review and study drawings to ensure work accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist and report to Project Manager and attend site meeting if necessary, in order to liaise effectively with all level management and consultants for smooth progress
• Monitor machineries and wastage of construction materials
• Prepare related document , site diary and timely update of work to superior or management.
• To maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
• Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by superior or management.

Job Requirement

• Possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in civil and structural construction/site supervision.
• Good knowledge of C&S works, including structural, concrete, reinforcement, formwork, earthworks, drainage, and related construction activities.
• Experience in supervising subcontractors, workers, and daily site activities.
• Able to coordinate effectively with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Possess a valid CIDB Green Card.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
