Position Name : Sales Assistant (Showroom)

Location : Within Klang Valley (SS2, Puchong, KL, Balakong)

Salary Range : Up to RM 5,000 (Basic) + Commission

Working Hours : Monday - Sunday (10.00am – 7.00pm), 1.5days off on weekday

Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Assistant (Showroom) to support daily retail operations and deliver an excellent in-store customer experience. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining showroom presentation, and supporting sales activities to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and recommendations
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Support product displays, merchandising setup, and store layout arrangements
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and replenishment
• Handle basic customer inquiries and support daily sales operations
• Ensure a welcoming, professional, and positive customer experience at all times
• Support the team in achieving showroom sales targets and operational goals

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
