1. SCM Intern

Responsibilities:

• Support daily Supply Chain Management administrative activities and documentation.
• Assist with purchasing, material planning, inventory and delivery follow-up.
• Update purchase orders, delivery status, inventory records and SCM reports.
• Assist with data entry, Excel reporting and basic data analysis.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments on delivery and material-related matters.
• Support SCM improvement projects and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

2. Engineering Intern

Responsibilities:

• Support the Engineering team in daily administrative and technical activities.
• Assist with engineering documentation, data entry and report preparation.
• Support process improvement, equipment and production-related projects.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing production or process data.
• Support troubleshooting, documentation and follow-up activities under supervision.
• Perform other engineering-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Basic knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.

3. Production Intern

Responsibilities:

• Support the Production team in daily administrative and operational activities.
• Assist with production records, reports and documentation.
• Support production data collection and monitoring.
• Assist in monitoring production performance, output and related activities.
• Support process improvement and productivity improvement projects.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality and other departments when required.
• Perform other production-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Production Management or related field.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes.
• Good communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
