KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain employee records, HR documentation, employment letters, contracts and HR filing.
- Coordinate new hire documentation, onboarding, staff transfers and employee movements.
- Support monthly payroll preparation, verification and submission, including salary-related documents and payroll reports.
- Administer employee information, attendance, leave and other HR records through the HR system (EBI).
- Coordinate local therapist administration, recruitment tracking, offer letters, onboarding and salary updates.
- Monitor LHDN/statutory documentation and coordinate employment document stamping and related submissions.
- Manage employee benefits and insurance administration, including AIA-related matters.
- Coordinate employee scorecard calculations and related payment documentation.
- Support additional paid leave and public holiday administration.
- Assist with OSH/HIRARC documentation and related administrative matters.
- Prepare HR reports, listings and other documents required by Management.
- Provide general HR support and liaise with employees, Area Managers, outlets and other departments on HR-related matters.
- Assist with HR projects, audits, employee engagement activities and other duties assigned by Management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a HR Generalist / HR Operations role.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred; Diploma holders with relevant HR generalist experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of HR administration, payroll, attendance and employee records.
- Experience with HR systems and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
