Job Description

  • You will support payroll processing for Asia Pacific region. Experience or knowledge in any of the Asia Pacific countries payroll.
  • You will report to Regional Payroll and Projects Senior Manager
  • Help complete regular payroll runs, off-cycle payroll, and termination payments under guidance. Eventually handling the payroll runs with guidance.
  • You will maintain employee records, onboarding, termination, leaves and variations
  • Stay informed about current payroll legislation and ensure payroll compliance for the country.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to provide necessary payroll data and resolve routine queries.
  • You will need to maintain payroll records to performance standards and compliance requirements
  • You will need to help keep documentation updated such Payroll Policy, Payroll Matrix and Process Note.
  • Provide backup support for team members.
  • Prepare standard payroll reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) observing established templates.
  • Participate in continuous improvement project that enhance responsive, accurate and well controlled service delivery and customer satisfaction ratings
  • Handle common employee payroll queries with guidance and escalate complex issues when needed.

Qualifications

  • Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification, in HR, Finance, Statistics, Account or related field
  • 2+ years of experience with payroll processing, especially Asia Pacific countries
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
