Assistant Front of House Cafe Manager

Position: Full-Time (1 Position Available)

Salary: RM2,600 – RM3,200 / month

That Last Slice Sdn Bhd is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and friendly Assistant Front of House (FOH) Cafe Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Training: Lead, inspire, and train FOH team members to maintain high service standards.
• Shift Scheduling: Plan and manage duty rosters to ensure optimal floor coverage.
• POS & Floor Operations: Handle point-of-sale operations, take orders efficiently, and ensure smooth table service.
• Delivery Management: Coordinate and arrange third-party delivery orders accurately and promptly.
• Process Improvement: Take the initiative to evaluate, set, and refine operational systems and procedures.
• All-Round Multitasking: Assist with daily front-of-house tasks, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and floor flow.

Requirements

• Coffee Expertise: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in coffee making with proven latte art skills.
• Work Schedule: Willing and able to work 6 days a week (minimum 45 hours per week).
• Personality & Attitude: Pleasant, friendly, well-groomed, and presentable with excellent customer service skills.
• Work Ethic: Highly punctual, clean, reliable, and self-motivated with strong initiative.
• Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to guide a team effectively.
• Industry Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for working in the Malaysian F&B scene.
