Job Overview

We are hiring Contact Centre Agents to provide customer service support for Malaysia's largest energy utility company.

The role primarily involves handling inbound customer calls, assisting with enquiries and service requests, providing accurate information, and ensuring every customer receives professional and efficient service.

No contact centre experience? No problem. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and successful candidates will receive 3 weeks of fully paid structured training before starting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
• Assist customers with enquiries, requests and service-related matters
• Provide accurate information based on established processes and guidelines
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate cases when required
• Update customer information and interaction records accurately
• Meet required service, productivity and quality KPIs
• Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction

Candidate Requirements

• SPM and above
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
• Able to work on 24/7 rotating shifts
• Prior customer service/contact centre experience is an added advantage but not mandatory

Salary & Earning Potential

• Basic Salary: RM2,200/month
• KPI Incentive: Up to RM300/month
• Monthly Package: Up to RM2,500 + OT

KPI performance is measured based on areas such as quality, attendance and other operational performance indicators.

Additional Earning Opportunities

• Overtime is available, providing employees with an opportunity to increase their monthly earnings.
• Typical additional OT earnings: approximately RM250-RM600, depending on OT hours worked.
• Double pay for work performed on Public Holidays, subject to applicable terms.
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions.
• With KPI and available OT, employees have the opportunity to earn approximately RM2,800-RM3,300 per month, depending on individual performance and OT hours.

Working Hours

• 24/7 rotating shift operation
• 5 working days + 2 off days
• Off days will be based on the operational roster and may fall on weekdays or weekends
• Overtime opportunities available

Training

• Successful candidates will undergo approximately 3 weeks of structured training.
• Training is fully paid.
• Training will equip new agents with the necessary product knowledge, systems knowledge, customer handling skills and processes required before commencing live operations.
