Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating with contractors and project teams, ensuring work is completed safely and according to schedule, and maintaining quality standards. Whether you're an experienced Site Supervisor or a fresh graduate with a willingness to learn, we welcome you to grow with us.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in site management and supervision scope in renovation field.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willing to be based on Kulai site until the completion of project.
• Willing working outside normal working hours.
• Good interpersonal and understand engineering terms, scheduling and planning concepts.
• Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines.
• Possess technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issue.
• Experience seeing project through the full life cycle.
• Required skills: Microsoft office and Microsoft Project.
• Able to work under pressure and have team player personality.
• Possesses own transport.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise roll-on-site works and any other project related activities and to update Project Manager.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and resources, including internal team / workers on site.
• Attend site meeting as when required including updating the client on the project progress.
• To ensure delivered renovation materials area of specified specification.
• Monitor site safety, to ensure workers and contractor comply with safety regulation.
• Liaise and coordination with client, related authorities, consultant, suppliers, contractor and internal team.
• Managing site related matters including leading of site workers, coordination with sub-con, execution of work in a safe manner, site work arrangement, arranging necessary meeting to update and resolve site issue.
• Ensuring no delay on site progress and to make sure the project complete within the timeline.
• Preparing of paperwork including daily site progress report, documentation and project related document.
• Responsible to site inspection and meticulous on workmanship.
• Upkeep of site condition and good site management.
