Job Description:

We are looking for 2 interns who are pursuing or have graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field to join our HQ team.

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in administrative operations within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks.
• Support document preparation, filing, and record management.
• Assist with data entry and maintaining company records.
• Prepare and organise documents related to construction projects.
• Support HR, procurement, project administration, and other departments when required.
• Assist with preparation of reports, correspondence, and administrative documentation.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to adapt and willing to learn administrative processes within the construction industry.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
