We're Hiring: Junior Interior Designer

Are you passionate about creating interior spaces and eager to grow your career in interior design? We are looking for a creative, motivated and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing creative interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials.
• Design and prepare space planning layouts/plans, furniture arrangements and design proposals.
• Produce and update technical drawings- (Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections and Construction Details using AutoCAD or other design software.
• Develop 3D models and renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Research and source exciting materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and accessories.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to obtain quotations, material samples and product specifications.
• Involves with project costing and project coordination with dedicated consultants, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Attending internal meetings and site visits to monitor project progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, standards and specifications.
• Assist in preparing FF&E schedules, material boards and project documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records/ MOM and ensure timely completion of assigned
• tasks.
• Stay updated with current design trends, materials and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of A.I, Revit, Enscape, Lumion, or V-Ray is an added advantage.
• Highly passionate about design with strong aesthetic and spatial sensibility.
• Valuing teamwork, good communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, reliable, organised with system and committed to quality.
