What you will do- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to support multiple business units within the organization.
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
- Coordinate and execute various company events and activities.
- Participate in recruitment efforts and represent the organization at career fairs.
- Manage the application of training grants and handle claims-related matters from HRDC.
- Conduct post-training evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires and contribute to induction coordination.
- Support the scheduling of exit interviews.
- Prepare HR-related reports, including training reports and leave reports, as needed.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as deemed necessary.
What you will need- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong team player.
- Curious and passionate about the HR function.
- Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- High sense of discipline and confidentiality.
