We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our valued customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and walk-in.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming, outbound calls and WA inquiry

  • Prepare Quo, Invoice & Reports

  • Manage Junior CS team to achieve daily SOP goal.

  • Update customer data and purchases in our system accurately and timely

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Admin related course (fresh grads are welcome to apply)

  • Good communication and reporting skills

  • Detail-oriented with good analytical skills, integrity, and a high degree of commitment

  • At least 3 year of working experience in a customer service role is a plus
