Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Puchong, responsible for leading and overseeing the company’s finance function. This role includes managing daily accounting operations, preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing. The Finance Manager will develop budgets and forecasts, track financial performance against targets, and provide management with insightful analysis and reports to support strategic decisions. The role also involves ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, as well as coordinating audits and liaising with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. In addition, the Finance Manager will supervise and mentor the finance team, improve financial processes and systems, and support business growth initiatives and contract evaluations from a financial perspective.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning, with the ability to provide clear financial analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements, including experience with audits and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP software, advanced skills in Excel, and comfort working with financial data and dashboards.
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across operations and management.
• Relevant academic qualifications such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are an advantage.
• Experience in facilities management, construction, or related industries is beneficial, along with familiarity with ISO-related processes and cost control in contract environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to process improvement and financial risk management.
• Ability to work on-site in Puchong and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment.
