About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join JESS Technology as a full-time Personal Assistant. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to our senior leadership team, ensuring the efficient and smooth running of day-to-day operations. The role is based in Selangor.

What you'll be doing

Requirements

1. CEO Support & Priority Management

• Provide day-to-day support to the MD, including documentation, and follow-ups

• Track and follow through on CEO priorities, action items, and decisions across teams

2. Cross-Functional Execution

• Support ad-hoc projects that cut across multiple functions (e.g. HR, Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing)

• Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates, align timelines, and unblock execution issues

• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and issues are escalated appropriately

3. Administrative & Operational Tasks

• Handle hands-on administrative work such as documentation, data tracking, reporting, and task coordination

• Organise information, files, trackers, and workflows to support decision-making

• Assist with logistics, scheduling, and operational arrangements as required

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in administrative support, operations, HR coordination, or similar roles

• Strong spreadsheet and documentation skills (Google Sheets / Excel / Docs)
