岗位职责

  1. Injection machine setup - in charge of the machine setup and smooth production run and manufactured products are able to meet customer requirements and satisfaction.

  2. Troubleshoot technical and electrical issues - troubleshoot any technical and electrical issues which causes machinery breakdown and limit smooth production run.

  3. Process optimization - Propose Work Improvement Plan (WIP) and control / system to improve safe and clean working conditions / environments and increase productivity and efficiency.

  4. Quality control - work together with production supervisor to do quality inspection and identify all noncompliance and defective output immediately to reduce wastage and rejects. 

  5. Planning and recording schedule for Equipment maintenance.

  •  Responsible for all machines, equipment's, molds and spare part are maintained in tip top good working and operating condition. 

  • Reduce Machine breakdown and increase machine useful life by planning regular maintenance and upkeep.

  • Machinery data sheets to be submitted to the management and make regular (every 3 months) update.

  • Keep proper maintenance log record for every machinery, equipment and mold and keep track on the last spare part changes and servicing reports.
