Job Description
Responsibilities
• Assist in the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including verification of overtime, attendance allowances, and other payroll-related claims.
• Maintain and update employees' attendance, leave, and payroll records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare, distribute, and ensure the timely issuance of employee payslips.
• Respond promptly and professionally to employee enquiries regarding payroll, leave, benefits, and HR-related matters.
• Ensure proper maintenance of personnel files and HR records with an organized filing system for efficient retrieval and audit purposes.
• Perform general office administration and provide day-to-day HR operational support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and statutory requirements related to payroll and human resources.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports, payroll summaries, and other management reports as required.
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties and projects assigned by Management
Job Requirements
• Diploma HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• .Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
• Good organisational skills; able to manage priorities with time management.
• Self-starter, vibrant, positive energy and go-getter.
• Good spoken of English, ability to converse in local languages will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Payroll software.
• Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations is an added advantage.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills.
