JOB TITLE: Inventory & Stock Admin

LOCATION: Seri Kembangan / Puchong, Selangor

SALARY: RM 1,800 – RM 2,000 / month (Basic + EPF / SOCSO / EIS)

WORK HOURS: Standard Showroom Operational Hours

ABOUT US:

CariCarz AutoMall is a fast-growing automotive consignment and digital platform managing an active showroom inventory of ~200 cars. We are seeking a organized, detail-oriented Inventory Admin to manage our vehicle tracking sheets, digital ad listings, and document records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Vehicle Key & Document Control (Ground Support):

- Maintain and log all physical car keys using the Key Movement Tracker (Google Sheets) and physical Key Board.

- Track trade plate usage, spare keys, and vehicle registration cards (VOC/Grant) in designated log sheets.

- Perform end-of-day key audits to ensure 100% physical key compliance.

2. Digital Ad Listing & Multi-Platform Posting:

- Receive raw car photos from the photographer team.

- Apply digital car plate covers and blur P&C details on vehicle grants/documents.

- Create, publish, and maintain vehicle ad listings across multiple platforms

3. Data Entry & Price Management:

- Update vehicle prices and details in the Master Inventory Sheet, Temporary Price Sheet, and Promotion Sheets upon management approval.

- Format and print physical price tags for cars on the showroom floor.

- Maintain accuracy across all inventory records and create daily job cards for morning scrum meetings.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, basic filtering, data entry).

- Computer literate and comfortable navigating web portals/backends.

- High attention to detail, organized, and capable of working independently.

- Fresh graduates / Junior admins are welcome to apply!
