Exodus F&B Hiro Sdn Bhd a.k.a Core Food Holding Sdn Bhd is a Malaysia-based food & beverage company operating under the brand Sushi Hiro, a Japanese restaurant concept inspired by Japan’s rich culinary heritage. The company focuses on delivering high-quality Japanese cuisine, combining authentic flavors, presentation, and modern dining experiences.

Job Scope:

• Assist chefs in basic food preparation (washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients)
• Prepare simple dishes or ingredients according to instructions
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen area, utensils, and equipment
• Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen tools promptly
• Maintain proper food storage and labeling (FIFO practice)
• Support in receiving and checking incoming stock or ingredients
• Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain cleanliness at all times
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and SOP guidelines strictly
• Assist in packing food orders when required
• Refill ingredients and supplies during operations
• Support opening and closing kitchen duties

Requirement:

• Malaysian citizen
• 18 years & above
• No experience required (Training provided!)
• Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
