Job Scopes

• Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (including management, production and quality team) to define project scope and specifications.
• Monitor and control project progress, adjusting as necessary to stay within timelines and budgets.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered according to specifications and meet quality standards.
• Liaise with procurement team to ensure all necessary materials, equipment and resources are sourced and delivered on time.
• Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Prepare and report regular project progress to Production Manager.
• Preparing tendering document, costing and bill of material
• To support the development of basic and detailed engineering designs using AutoCAD and other relevant tools.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 3 years of experience in project execution within mechanical, or engineering fields.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor for engineering design and layouts.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
• Advanced in Microsoft Office ( word, excel, power point and outlook )

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
