• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for general and IT-related roles.
• Post job vacancies on relevant job portals and social media platforms.
• Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Assist with interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Support the recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities.
• Perform other HR/recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
