Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Intern role based at AEON MALL Rawang Anggun in Rawang. The intern will support various mall operations, including assisting with tenant coordination, event and promotional activities, and basic administrative tasks. Daily responsibilities may involve helping with customer inquiries, collecting and organizing data or feedback, preparing reports or documents, and supporting marketing or operations teams as needed. The intern will collaborate with different departments, learn about retail management practices, and contribute to maintaining a positive experience for shoppers and tenants.
Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic administrative tasks, including organizing files, preparing simple reports, and handling documentation accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members, customers, and tenants.
• Good time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Interest in retail, shopping mall operations, marketing, or customer service, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Basic computer proficiency, including use of office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email).
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a diploma or degree program in business, marketing, management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Rawang and adapt to a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
