Role Description The QA/QC Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Pulau Indah Selangor, Malaysia. This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining product quality standards through routine inspections, testing, and documentation across production lines. The QA/QC Executive supports the implementation of quality management systems, conducts internal audits, and follows up on corrective and preventive actions. Daily activities include reviewing production records, verifying compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, supports training on quality procedures, and helps ensure that safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to monitor processes and verify product conformity.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Quality Auditing to support systems implementation, compliance, and internal reviews.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Food Packaging or relevant technical disciplines to understand material, product, and safety requirements.
• Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
• Candidates should possess good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with production, engineering, and management teams.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in manufacturing or packaging environments and familiarity with ISO or similar quality standards.
• Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Quality Management, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
