We are seeking an experienced Senior Linux Engineer to join our Infrastructure and Managed Services team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in Linux and UNIX system administration, enterprise infrastructure support, container technologies, virtualization, automation, and high availability environments.

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, securing, troubleshooting, and maintaining mission-critical Linux environments while supporting customer infrastructures across physical, virtual, cloud, and containerized platforms.

• Install, configure and maintain Linux and UNIX operating systems.
• Familiar with Proxmox Virtualization Platform
• Support enterprise Linux environments including production, testing and disaster recovery.
• Perform operating system upgrades, migrations and patch management.
• Manage system performance tuning and optimization.
• Monitor system availability and proactively resolve issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for system incidents.
• Implement hardening according to security best practices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and authentication.
• Configure and maintain SSH, SFTP, NFS, Samba and network services.
• Configure and manage scheduled jobs using Cron.
• Familiar with Open Source Applications in Linux

Pay: RM3,717.88 - RM7,000.00 per month
